Description HIV/AIDS Legal Centre (HALC) produced resource "Positive Migration Guide: Immigration for HIV positive people, their family members and others who fail the health criteria" Due to the health criteria, people living with HIV (PLHIV) cannot always obtain visas to visit or live in Australia.
