HIV Information Line

Type Information
Description The NSW HIV Information Line has operated from The Albion Centre since 1985, providing telephone-based information, support and referral on HIV/AIDS and related issues. The staff at the HIV Information Line can answer questions about HIV and related issues, including information about testing, prevention, risk reduction, safe sex, safe needle use and general information about treatment. Appropriate referrals to professional support and health services are also available. The HIV Information Line staff also answer calls to the NSW Needle Clean Up Hotline and the NSW PEP Hotline
Cost / Referral

Ph: 02 9332 9700 or 1800 451 600

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 9 am – 4 pm, except for public holidays

Tuesday: 2 pm – 4 pm, except for public holidays

Friday: 9 am – 3.30 pm, except for public holidays
