Service
A state-wide health service for people with HIV Associated Neurocognitive Disorder (HAND) and complex needs such as mental illness, drug and alcohol dependence and other medical conditions. This service provides neuropsychological assessment as well as integrated HIV care and case management, including supported accommodation, via a multidisciplinary outreach team.
